How do I choose my size?
Fit can vary depending on the style and material. Check the product details and our size guide.
If you are between sizes, measure both feet and contact us with the longer measurement and the product name.
Can I wear them all day?
Comfort depends on the style, your foot shape and how you wear the shoes. Choose a pair that gives your toes enough room and holds your heel comfortably.
Try them indoors on a clean floor for a few minutes. Contact us if anything feels tight or rubs.
How can I prevent heel slipping?
Check that your heel stays in place when walking, without pressure on your toes. Excessive heel slipping may mean the size or shape is unsuitable.
For narrow feet, a style with a strap may provide more support.
Which style suits narrow or wide feet?
Width, toe shape and straps matter as much as shoe size. A larger size is not necessarily wider.

What is the difference between ballet flats, Tabis and mules?
Ballet flats have a regular toe shape. Tabi shoes have a split toe. Mules are open at the heel; our Tabi mules combine both features.
For socks, choose split-toe socks suitable for Tabi shoes.
How do I care for my shoes?
Remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. Clean bows and straps gently, and always check that care products are suitable for the material.

How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
